Tulsi Gabbard Receives Vicious Violent Threat

Georgia Man Arrested After Threatening Tulsi Gabbard and Family with Chilling Death Messages

A 24-year-old man from Lilburn, Georgia, is facing federal charges after allegedly threatening Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard and her family.

Aliakbar Mohammad Amin, who was arrested on Friday, is accused of sending a series of terrifying messages through text and social media. These threats targeted Gabbard and her loved ones, warning of violent consequences.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia, Amin sent the threatening messages between March 29 and April.

One of the most alarming threats read, “You and your family are going to die soon.”

Another menacing message warned, “I will personally do the job if necessary.”

In addition to these texts, one of Amin’s messages stated, “Prepare to die, you, Tulsi, and everyone you hold dear. America will burn.”

The investigation revealed that Amin posted threatening images on social media, which showed firearms pointed at photos of Gabbard, according to a press release.

In one image, the gun was aimed at a picture of Gabbard alone, while the other featured a firearm pointed at Gabbard and her husband.

Federal investigators quickly identified Amin as the suspect and arrested him on April 11. They also executed a search warrant at his home, where they recovered a firearm, linking Amin to the threats he had made.

Authorities say the recovery of the firearm is a key piece of evidence that will be used in court.

Amin now faces charges under Title 18, U.S. Code Section 875(c), a federal law that makes it a crime to send threats across state lines, according to the press release.

He was ordered to remain in custody until his trial, following an initial appearance in federal court. Prosecutors have vowed to pursue the case aggressively.

“Threatening to harm public officials is a criminal act that cannot be excused as political discourse,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Richard S. Moultrie Jr.

“Our Office, in coordination with our law enforcement partners, will vigorously prosecute individuals who commit these acts of violence.”

The case is being handled by the FBI and forms part of a broader initiative called Operation Take Back America.

This operation brings together multiple federal resources, including the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces and Project Safe Neighborhoods, to combat violent crime, illegal immigration and global crime rings.

FBI Atlanta Special Agent in Charge Paul Brown emphasized the importance of investigating such threats.

“The FBI sees all threatening communications as a serious federal offense,” he said in a statement.

“We will employ every investigative tool and resource available to identify those responsible and ensure they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

Amin’s arrest highlights the serious nature of threats against public officials and the federal government’s commitment to holding individuals accountable for such actions.

While authorities have not released further details about Amin’s background or potential motivations, the messages themselves underscore the gravity of the case.

Prosecutors are now preparing for trial and law enforcement agencies continue to monitor the situation as part of a broader effort to safeguard public officials and their families.
