Well, well, well—looks like AOC might finally have to face some consequences for her open-border nonsense. ICE Director Tom Homan dropped a bombshell on The Ingraham Angle Thursday night, revealing that he has referred Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to the Department of Justice for actively teaching illegal aliens how to avoid ICE agents in New York City. Let that sink in—an elected official openly working against U.S. law enforcement, giving criminal aliens tips on how to stay in the country illegally.
But hey, are we really surprised? AOC and her socialist pals have made it clear that they don’t believe in borders. They want America flooded with illegal immigrants, and they’ll do whatever it takes to make that happen—even if it means directly interfering with law enforcement.
Homan didn’t mince words. He sent an email to the Deputy Attorney General asking the critical question: At what point does this become illegal? He pointed out that AOC’s actions could be impeding law enforcement, which is a serious federal crime. And honestly, how could it not be? If you or I did something like this—if we started holding training sessions to help fugitives avoid the police—we’d be in handcuffs before we could finish our first PowerPoint slide. But because it’s AOC, we’re supposed to just shrug it off as “progressive activism.”
Enough is enough.
Homan made it clear that the Trump administration isn’t going to sit back while radical Democrats like AOC undermine immigration laws. He even suggested that if blue cities like New York insist on obstructing ICE operations, the federal government should start pulling every single federal dollar out of those cities. And you know what? That’s exactly the kind of tough stance we need. These so-called “sanctuary cities” have turned into lawless havens for criminals, all because leftist politicians would rather virtue-signal than protect American citizens.
This is a moment of reckoning. Either we have immigration laws or we don’t. Either we enforce our border security or we surrender to the radical left’s open-borders agenda. President Trump is making it clear that there will be accountability—whether the Democrats like it or not.
And AOC? Well, she’s about to find out the hard way that the days of lawlessness and Democrat-protected criminality are coming to an end.
She needs to be arrested and prosecuted. No more playing with these people like AOC Maxine Waters Chris Van Hollen. We the people have had enough they are not above the law.

AOC and her Democrat cronies are not simply in disagreement with the LAWS CURRENTLY ON THE BOOKS that support the current actions of law enforcement. They are Insurrectionists acting in clear violation of their oath of office, to actually enable and assist criminals to escape both the arrest for charges and the legal consequences of their violation of multiple laws. I believe the correct term for this activity is ‘accessory to a crime’.
