Diddy Told Victim Who Woke up While Being Raped ‘I’m Almost Done,’ Lawsuit Claims
Sean “Diddy” Combs faces disturbing new allegations as three men have come forward with lawsuits claiming the rap mogul drugged and sexually assaulted them between 2019 and 2022.
The lawsuits, filed in New York state’s Supreme Court, detail a pattern of alleged predatory behavior involving spiked drinks and threats to maintain silence.
It has been reported that one plaintiff, a former employee of Combs’ Bad Boy Records, claims the assault occurred at Manhattan’s InterContinental New York Times Square hotel.
Court documents state the man met with Combs to discuss missed payments when he was allegedly given a drink that made him “excessively tired.”
The lawsuit states that after Combs encouraged him to nap on a couch, he awoke to find the rapper assaulting him.
When the victim attempted to resist, Combs reportedly told him to “stop” and that “I’m almost done.”
The lawsuit claims Combs later warned the victim against reporting the incident, allegedly stating that because he was “Diddy,” no one would believe the accusations.
The filing indicates that members of Combs’ entourage subsequently made threatening phone calls to the victim, Daily Mail reported.
A second plaintiff describes a 2019 encounter that began at Manhattan’s Marquee New York nightclub.
The man reports being invited to an afterparty at the Park Hyatt New York through a club promoter friend.
Court documents state that Combs personally served the victim a cocktail “made in the other room.”
After consuming half the drink, the plaintiff claims the room began “spinning” and his mouth became “very dry.”
The lawsuit alleges that Combs remarked, “he is ready to party,” before the victim lost consciousness.
The plaintiff claims he briefly regained consciousness to find himself being assaulted while a man and woman recorded the incident, Daily Mail highlighted.
The following day, he allegedly received $2,500 in cash on Combs’ behalf.
The third plaintiff alleges multiple assaults occurred at a party in Combs’ Hamptons residence in 2020.
The man was sexually assaulted by both Combs and associates from Bad Boy Records after being given a drink that caused him to lose consciousness, per the filing.
Attorney Thomas Giuffra, representing the plaintiffs, stated, “Combs is a rich, powerful public figure who was able to take advantage by drugging these men.”
Giuffra added that after the assaults, Combs “ensured their silence by threatening them and relying on their fear of his power.”
The lawsuits seek unspecified damages and legal fees from Combs and several entities connected to the rapper, including Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings Inc., Bad Boy Entertainment LLC, Bad Boy Productions Holdings, Inc., Daddy’s House Recordings, Inc. and Sony Music Holdings Inc.
Daily Mail highlighted that representatives for Combs strongly deny the accusations, stating, “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”
Combs, 55, currently remains in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial on federal criminal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, which he denies.
His request for bail has been denied three times, and his trial is scheduled for May 2025.
