Jill Biden Goes Too Far Again?

Jill Biden Pressured Husband Into Changing His Mind About Pardoning Hunter: Report

President Joe Biden emerged from his luxurious Nantucket Thanksgiving retreat with an unexpected announcement: he would pardon his son Hunter, despite months of firm denials.

The decision, made within the confines of a $36 million compound, marks a significant reversal that could impact his presidential legacy.

The pivotal decision reportedly came during an unusually intimate family gathering, with only six family members present instead of the typical dozen-strong Biden clan.

Sources close to the situation revealed to Daily Mail that two key influencers played crucial roles in the president’s change of heart: First Lady Jill Biden and Hunter’s daughter, Naomi Biden Neal.

The timing proved particularly poignant, as Naomi had just celebrated her baby shower in the White House’s Blue Room, anticipating the arrival of the president’s first great-grandchild.

Daily Mail noted that this family milestone, combined with the intimate Thanksgiving setting, created the perfect storm for reconsidering Hunter’s fate.

“Hunter has no greater defender than Jill,” revealed a source familiar with the situation.

Daily Mail explained that the First Lady’s influence cannot be understated, as she has consistently demonstrated unwavering support for her stepson, even crossing the Atlantic multiple times during his gun trial while balancing official state duties in France.

The decision-making process was notably insulated, with only longtime trusted advisers Annie Tomasini and Anthony Bernal present.

These powerful figures, who run the West and East Wings respectively, reportedly wield more influence than Chief of Staff Jeff Zients.

Sources told Daily Mail they “don’t tell the president no unless it’s coming from Jill Biden.”

Hunter Biden maintained an unusually low profile during the Nantucket stay, breaking from his typical pattern of public appearances with wife Melissa and son Beau.

His rare sightings were limited to a family lunch, shopping on Friday and church attendance with his father on Saturday, according to the outlet.

The president’s sister Ashley Biden took to Instagram to defend the decision, writing, “Thank you dad. What they have tried to do to my brother is cruel + politically motivated. Period. Proud sister + daughter.”

Daily Mail noted that the pardon decision reflects a pattern in Biden’s leadership style, consistently turning to family during crucial moments.

From the tragic loss of his first wife and daughter in 1972 to the heartbreaking death of his son Beau in 2015, family has remained his compass.

When asked what he was thankful for this Thanksgiving, Biden’s immediate response was telling: “My family.”

Following the announcement, the president departed for Africa, leaving Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre to address the media about his dramatic reversal.

First Lady Jill Biden, however, stood firm, stating, “Of course I support the pardon of my son.”
