In the months since she was anointed as Joe Biden’s replacement in the presidential race, Kamala Harris has been intentionally vague about the specific policies that she has planned if she wins. Instead, she’s run a campaign that mainly consists of bashing her opponent Donald Trump.
Harris has also avoided speaking to the media as much as possible. On the rare occasion that she is actually asked something by a member of the press, Harris typically talks in circles until she spins her answer into some kind of attack on Trump.
Harris showed this once again on Wednesday night during a CNN Town Hall that was hosted by Anderson Cooper. During the 75 minute Town Hall, Harris mentioned Trump a whopping 26 times. Cooper and the audience mentioned Trump by name 43 times. This means that in just over an hour, Trump’s name came up 69 times.
Trump really is living rent-free in these people’s heads. Sad!
At one point, Cooper asked Harris about her plans to tackle reported price gouging by corporations. She responded by bringing up Trump.

“By the way, again, Donald Trump should be here tonight to talk with you and answer your questions. He’s not, he refused to come. But understand that part of his plan is to put in place a national sales tax of at least 20% on everyday goods and necessities, and that, by economist estimates — independent economists — would cost you, as the American consumer and taxpayer, an additional $4,000 a year,” Harris claimed.
Cooper later asked Harris about codifying Roe v. Wade, something that he even admitted isn’t very realistic with the current Senate and House. Unsurprisingly, Harris once again answered by bashing Trump.

When Donald Trump was president, he hand-selected three members of the United States Supreme Court with the intention that they would undo the protections of Roe v Wade,” she said. “And they did as he intended. Harris’ Anti-Trump Obsession
Harris is clearly hoping that she can win the election simply by not being Trump. She wants voters to focus on the former president so much that they forget just how bad life has been in Biden-Harris’ America. The economy is in shambles, and inflation is at an all-time high. Millions of illegal immigrants have flooded our borders. Meanwhile, millions of actual American citizens are struggling just to put food on the table.
Life was quite simply better in Trump’s America than it has been under Biden and Harris. Democrats don’t want you to remember that, so they’ve taken to trying to portray Trump as some kind of boogeyman in the hopes of scaring enough voters away from casting their ballots in his favor.
Harris can rant against Trump all that she wants to, but it’s apparent that this strategy isn’t paying off for her. Indeed, the latest polls have Harris and Trump neck and neck. If the majority of Americans despised Trump as much as Harris does, she’d be way ahead by now.
In the end, Harris shouldn’t be surprised if her anti-Trump obsession ends up costing her the race.
