Mark Cuban Shocks With Incredibly Telling Comment About a Second Trump Term

Mark Cuban Willing to Work With Trump Admin Despite Actively Campaigning for Harris: ‘I’m America First’

Billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban has declared his willingness to work with President Donald Trump’s administration if he wins the election. “I’m America first,” Cuban explained.

This shock announcement comes despite actively campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris.

The internet had thoughts about this bizarre clarification from the Trump critic. With many wondering if Democrats have some sort of blackmail on the billionaire considering how involved he has been in the Harris campaign despite previously supporting Trump.

Fox News reported that during a Monday appearance on CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” the “Shark Tank” star emphasized his “country over party” approach while defending his support for Harris as the more business-friendly candidate.

Cuban pointed to his previous collaboration with the Trump administration, specifically in developing domestic PPE production during the pandemic.

“If Trump wins, last time when he won, he asked me to help with health care, on PPE, I sat with Peter Navarro and helped him come up with a mask company and helped them grow. That was all domestic production. I’ll do the same thing,” Cuban stated during the interview.

The billionaire investor, however, maintained his strong preference for Harris, stating she is “without any question in my mind, the better candidate and the better president for this country.”

When pressed by host Joe Kernen about Harris’ proposed tax policies, particularly her stance on taxing unrealized investment returns, Cuban dismissed concerns about implementation.

Cuban expressed confidence that Harris’ proposed tax on unrealized gains would “absolutely not going to happen,” adding that he would actively campaign against her re-election if she were to break her promises.

He highlighted Harris’ commitment to protecting small businesses from tax increases and her plans to reduce prescription drug costs as positive economic initiatives.

The businessman also criticized Trump’s mass deportation plans, arguing they would negatively impact businesses employing immigrants.

“Kamala Harris has said she is going to have very specific procedures for law-abiding non-citizens for the processes they’ll have to follow to either stay or leave,” Cuban explained, emphasizing the need for a “sane” and “transparent” immigration process.

Cuban’s public support for Harris has been notable since she replaced President Biden as the Democratic nominee three months ago.

“What would be worse? If Mark Cuban was supporting Kamala against all reason because the left has something on him,” one X user said, “or because he still has a chip on his shoulder from the first time he met Trump decades ago?”

Another user, responding to Musk’s apparent willingness to help Trump if he were to retake the White House in November, stated, “I speak for EVERYONE when I say… no,” to which a different user replied, “Feel like he’s admitting Trump is winning…”

His advocacy runs parallel to fellow billionaire Elon Musk’s support for Trump, with both investors recently appearing at campaign rallies in crucial swing states for their respective candidates.
