Bill Clinton Goes Viral for Destroying Kamala on the Campaign Trail

Bill Clinton Goes Viral for Blaming Kamala for Laken Riley’s Death

Former President Bill Clinton appeared to have made a statement that made it seem as though he was criticizing Vice President Kamala Harris when he said that Laken Riley would possibly still be alive if illegal immigrants were “properly vetted.”

While speaking to voters in Georgia on Monday, the former president made the statement while discussing immigration and attempting to blame Republicans for not approving a border bill. Clinton referenced the tragic case of the nursing student, who was murdered by an illegal immigrant while running on the University of Georgia’s Athens campus back in February.

“You got a case in Georgia not very long ago didn’t you,” said Clinton. “They made an ad about it, a young woman who had been killed by an immigrant. Yeah, well if they’d all been properly vetted that probably wouldn’t have happened.”

“But if they all properly vetted, that doesn’t happen.”

Instead, his comments backfired as conservatives began sharing the clip.

It didn’t take long for Clinton’s comments to go viral, with the Trump campaign immediately taking advantage of the opportunity. In a statement, the campaign said that Clinton was correct for blaming Harris’ “failed border policies” for Riley’s death.

“Kamala Harris claimed the border was ‘secure’ just days after Laken Riley’s illegal immigrant killer Jose Ibarra crossed into the nation,” the Trump campaign wrote. “Ibarra was caught at the border and then released into the country by Kamala Harris.”

Social media was also quick to pounce on the opportunity to point out that Clinton criticized Harris while campaigning for her.

“Is Bill Clinton campaigning against Kamala Harris?” wrote Charlie Kirk.

“Kamala must be pissed right now,” wrote X user @BehizyTweets. “She dragged this guy out of retirement to promote her failing campaign, not to criticize her regime.”

“Did not have Bill Clinton blaming Kamala Harris for Laken Riley’s murder on my bingo card… but here we are,” wrote Trump campaign adviser Alex Bruesewitz.

User jonny maga called the incident “a disaster.”

Clinton also stated that the reason needed immigrants was due to Americans not “having enough babies” to keep the population going.

“And America is not having enough babies to keep our population up,” said Clinton. “So we need immigrants that have been vetted to do work. They’re wouldn’t be a problem.”

This is not the first time that Clinton has gone viral during the campaign trail. On Sunday, a McDonald’s employee mistook him for President Joe Biden as he was attempting to place an order, as TTOA reported earlier.
