Pam Bondi Drops Major Threat in Explosive Move

Bondi Vows to Prosecute Judges Who Obstruct Trump Admin’s Deportation Efforts

Attorney General Pam Bondi recently discussed on Fox News Channel’s “America Reports” the legal actions being taken against judges who obstruct efforts to deport illegal immigrants under the Trump administration.

She emphasized that these judges would face prosecution for their involvement.

The discussion began when co-host John Roberts reported on a case in Wisconsin, where a judge, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan, is accused of assisting an illegal immigrant in avoiding arrest.

Federal prosecutors say that Judge Dugan helped a migrant evade the enforcement of federal immigration laws by interfering with ICE officers who were attempting to detain him at the courthouse.

This case has raised significant concerns and is still developing.

Bondi described the situation as “truly horrific.”

She explained that the defendant, who was in court facing charges for domestic violence, had been involved in a violent attack on two individuals, as Breitbart News reported.

The victims were severely beaten—one man was hit 30 times, choked, and knocked to the ground, while the woman sustained severe injuries, requiring hospitalization.

Despite the brutality of the crimes, the victims were willing to cooperate with the state prosecutor, and they were present in the courtroom during the proceedings.

However, the case took a disturbing turn when the judge learned that ICE officers were outside the courthouse, waiting to detain the defendant, who had been deported in 2013 and returned illegally.

Upon hearing this, Judge Dugan allegedly left the courtroom, went into the hallway, and confronted the immigration officers, visibly upset.

She then instructed them to leave and meet with the chief judge, returning to the courtroom afterward.

Bondi revealed that the judge took the defendant and his defense attorney aside, using a private exit to allow them to leave, effectively allowing the criminal to evade ICE arrest, leaving the victims and the prosecutor behind.

When asked about her reaction to such judicial obstruction, Bondi responded with a firm message: “We are going to prosecute you and we are prosecuting you.”

She expressed disbelief upon learning of the judge’s actions, noting that the incident was so egregious that they investigated it thoroughly.

Bondi clarified that the judge, who is now in custody, could not be allowed to obstruct the law with impunity.

The Attorney General emphasized that no one, including judges, is above the law.

She warned that harboring fugitives or helping them avoid arrest, particularly those illegally in the country, would lead to serious consequences.

“We’ll find you,” Bondi declared, stressing the importance of holding those who assist illegal immigrants accountable.

Bondi’s strong statement serves as a clear warning to those who might think they can defy the rule of law and obstruct immigration enforcement.

She reiterated that her office would continue to pursue legal action against anyone who aids criminals in evading justice, underscoring the Trump administration’s commitment to making America safer through strict law enforcement.

The message was clear: judicial interference with the deportation process would not be tolerated, and perpetrators would face prosecution.

  • One problem is that these judges think that that is their court room. IT IS NOT. They’re just allowed to use while working as a judge. IT BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE NOT THE JUDGES.
