DOGE Reveals That Illegal Immigrants on Terror Watchlist Received Government Benefits
A newly released report from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has confirmed what many conservatives feared: the Biden Administration’s lax immigration policies have enabled dangerous individuals, including those on the terror watch list, to receive U.S. government benefits.
According to the DOGE report, thousands of foreign nationals who were paroled into the U.S. since 2023 were either flagged by the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center or had serious criminal records.
Over 6,300 such individuals were released into the U.S. with minimal screening.
Despite having no legal immigration status, every one of these individuals was granted a Social Security number. Many also obtained work permits and went on to claim government benefits funded by hardworking American taxpayers.
Among these 6,300 parolees, 905 received Medicaid benefits. Disturbingly, four of those recipients were on the FBI’s terror watch list. The total taxpayer cost for these claims? $276,000, per Trending Politics.
It didn’t stop there. At least 41 of these parolees collected unemployment insurance, 22 were approved for federal student loans, and 409 received tax refunds in 2024 totaling $751,000.
Some of these illegal entrants were also granted SNAP benefits, better known as food stamps, despite being here illegally and under national security scrutiny. The Biden Administration’s recklessness is staggering.
To make matters worse, DOGE official Antonio Gracias dropped another bombshell. He stated that thousands of these illegal aliens had been found on voter rolls in several states. Not only were they registered, but many had actually voted.
Gracias admitted that even he was stunned by the discovery. “If I hadn’t seen this with my own eyes, I wouldn’t believe it,” he said. “It is shockingly bad.”
Meanwhile, more than 400 individuals on the terror watch list were caught attempting to cross the southern border illegally between ports of entry during Biden’s time in office.
By comparison, only 11 such individuals were stopped between 2017 and 2020, when President Trump enforced real border security.
During the Biden years, so-called “catch and release” policies became standard.
Migrants were allowed into the U.S. interior under the guise of seeking asylum—even though international law requires them to apply for asylum at the first safe country they reach.
Instead of being processed properly, these asylum seekers were granted court dates and then sent off to cities of their choosing, courtesy of American taxpayers. The problem? Many never showed up for those court hearings and disappeared into the population.
Trump’s return to power brought a swift end to “catch and release.” His administration is now reasserting control of the border and halting parole programs that were exploited by criminals and potential terrorists alike.
