This just in: President Trump has defied a corrupt Obama-appointed judge’s order against deporting over 200 violent illegal alien gang members to El Salvador — and sent them there anyways.
President Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act to get these violent criminals out of our country — stat!
We previously reported on that here:
The first 238 members of the Tren de Aragua gang, along with a few top MS-13 members, were boarded up on a plane Saturday. While they were mid-flight, a D.C. judge ruled against it, ordering the plane to turn around and return to the U.S.
But, President Trump’s immigration authorities flat-out ignored that order. The gang members are now in the hands of El Salvador’s infamous CECOT Terrorism Confinement Center.
Check it out:
We have sent 2 dangerous top MS-13 leaders plus 21 of its most wanted back to face justice in El Salvador. Also, as promised by @POTUS, we sent over 250 alien enemy members of Tren de Aragua which El Salvador has agreed to hold in their very good jails at a fair price that will…

El Salvador President Nayib Bukele posted this on X, announcing the arrival of the gang members:
Full text of Bukele’s post:
Today, the first 238 members of the Venezuelan criminal organization, Tren de Aragua, arrived in our country. They were immediately transferred to CECOT, the Terrorism Confinement Center, for a period of one year (renewable).
The United States will pay a very low fee for them, but a high one for us.
Over time, these actions, combined with the production already being generated by more than 40,000 inmates engaged in various workshops and labor under the Zero Idleness program, will help make our prison system self-sustainable. As of today, it costs $200 million per year.
On this occasion, the U.S. has also sent us 23 MS-13 members wanted by Salvadoran justice, including two ringleaders. One of them is a member of the criminal organization’s highest structure.
This will help us finalize intelligence gathering and go after the last remnants of MS-13, including its former and new members, money, weapons, drugs, hideouts, collaborators, and sponsors.
As always, we continue advancing in the fight against organized crime. But this time, we are also helping our allies, making our prison system self-sustainable, and obtaining vital intelligence to make our country an even safer place. All in a single action.
May God bless El Salvador, and may God bless the United States.

Here’s the latest update from Fox News:
The president of El Salvador announced his country has accepted hundreds of Venezuelan gang members who were illegally living in the United States, as a U.S. judge moved to block deportations of illegal immigrants under a wartime law invoked by President Donald Trump.
“Today, the first 238 members of the Venezuelan criminal organization, Tren de Aragua, arrived in our country. They were immediately transferred to CECOT, the Terrorism Confinement Center, for a period of one year (renewable),” El Salvador President Nayib Bukele posted to X on Sunday morning, accompanied by video footage of planes on a tarmac.
“On this occasion, the U.S. has also sent us 23 MS-13 members wanted by Salvadoran justice, including two ringleaders. One of them is a member of the criminal organization’s highest structure,” he added.
Tren de Aragua is a Venezuelan-connected gang that has infiltrated communities in states such as Colorado and Texas, while MS-13 is a Los Angeles-founded gang with ties to El Salvador that has deep roots in California and other states such as Maryland. The State Department designated both gangs as foreign terrorist organizations last month.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio celebrated the Salvadoran president as “the strongest security leader in our region” and “a great friend of the U.S.” for accepting the criminal illegal aliens.
“We have sent 2 dangerous top MS-13 leaders plus 21 of its most wanted back to face justice in El Salvador. Also, as promised by @POTUS, we sent over 250 alien enemy members of Tren de Aragua which El Salvador has agreed to hold in their very good jails at a fair price that will also save our taxpayer dollars. President @nayibbukele is not only the strongest security leader in our region, he’s also a great friend of the U.S. Thank you!” Rubio posted to X.
The deportations of the gang members come as U.S. District Judge James Boasberg ordered the Trump administration to halt its deportations of illegal immigrants under a wartime powers act that President Donald Trump invoked on Friday to target Tren de Aragua members in the U.S.
The Alien Enemies Act of 1798 allows deportation of natives and citizens of an enemy nation without a hearing, and has been invoked three times before, including, during the War of 1812, World War I and World War II.
Reuters added:
More than 200 alleged members of a Venezuelan gang have been deported by the U.S. and sent to El Salvador where they were taken to a high-security prison, the Salvadoran president said on Sunday.
In a proclamation published on Saturday, U.S. President Donald Trump invoked the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to rapidly deport alleged members of Tren de Aragua, a criminal organization that has been linked to kidnapping, extortion and contract killings.
A federal judge in Washington, D.C., blocked the application of the law for 14 days, saying the statute refers to “hostile acts” perpetrated by another country that are “commensurate to war.”
Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele said in a post on the X social media network that 238 alleged members of the Venezuelan gang had arrived in his country on Sunday and were transferred to the Terrorism Confinement Center – that can hold up to 40,000 inmates – for a one-year period that could be renewed.
Bukele also posted a video showing shackled men escorted off a plane by Salvadoran authorities and bused to a prison. Detainees then had their heads and beards shaved and were placed in a cell.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in an X post that more than 250 alleged members of Tren de Aragua had been sent to El Salvador.
The timing of when the flights carrying the alleged gang members departed the U.S. and arrived in El Salvador remained unclear.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg issued the order blocking the use of the Alien Enemies Act during a hearing on Saturday evening before 7 p.m. EDT, with the written notice appearing in the case docket at 7:25 p.m.
I don’t know about you, but I’m already feeling a whole lot safer.
Good job Mr. President! Pres.Trump needs to just ignore those activist judges rulings, even from the supremes, much as Biden did over the student loan issue. Many other past presidents have done the same thing to acomplish what they needed to.
