Biden Family in Trouble: Serious Scandal Unveiled

Ashley Biden Faces Legal Trouble for Failing to Disclose Donation from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

A government watchdog group has filed a complaint with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) against Women’s Wellness (Spa)ce, a nonprofit organization founded by Ashley Biden, daughter of former President Joe Biden.

The complaint alleges that the nonprofit failed to disclose a $250,000 donation from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Archewell Foundation in its 2023 tax filings.

The National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), a conservative watchdog group, filed the complaint, calling the omission a “clear violation” of financial reporting regulations. According to the NLPC, Women’s Wellness (Spa)ce reported $170,296 in revenue for 2023, which did not account for the donation from Archewell.

The NLPC has called for an IRS investigation to determine the disposition of the funds and whether penalties should be imposed. Paul Kamenar, legal counsel for the organization, stated that IRS filings are submitted under penalty of perjury and should reflect all financial transactions accurately.

In addition to the missing funds, the watchdog group also raised concerns about inconsistencies in the nonprofit’s records. The IRS complaint highlights that Women’s Wellness (Spa)ce reported having eight board members but listed only seven in its financial documents.

The complaint also questions Ashley Biden’s reported work schedule and compensation. The nonprofit’s tax filings indicate that she worked 40 hours per week while earning a total of $11,250 from July through the end of the year, equating to approximately $12.75 per hour, as Trending Politics reported.

The NLPC has suggested that her reported workload may have been exaggerated, citing her involvement in other activities, including foreign travel with First Lady Jill Biden.

The donation from the Archewell Foundation was disclosed in its own 2023-2024 Impact Report but was absent from Women’s Wellness (Spa)ce’s tax filings. The NLPC argues that a full audit of the nonprofit is necessary to determine where the funds were deposited and how they were used.

Neither Women’s Wellness (Spa)ce nor the Archewell Foundation has responded to requests for comment regarding the allegations. The IRS has not publicly addressed whether an investigation will be initiated.

Women’s Wellness (Spa)ce was founded in 2023 and describes itself as a “trauma-informed wellness center” that provides support for women affected by trauma. The organization offers services such as nutrition programs, exercise, meditation, and therapeutic interventions.

Ashley Biden, born in 1981, is a social worker, activist, and fashion designer. She previously worked in Delaware’s child services system for 15 years and later served as executive director of the Delaware Center for Justice, focusing on criminal justice reform.

The NLPC complaint underscores concerns about financial transparency and nonprofit accountability. Watchdog groups emphasize the importance of accurate reporting to ensure public trust in charitable organizations.

The outcome of the IRS’s response to the complaint remains uncertain. The case has drawn attention to broader issues of financial governance within nonprofits and the need for compliance with tax regulations.

As developments unfold, stakeholders in the nonprofit sector are closely monitoring whether further action will be taken against Women’s Wellness (Spa)ce.

The situation has raised questions about oversight mechanisms in nonprofit financial reporting and the accuracy of disclosures required under federal law.
