Breaking news is coming out of the Committee on House Administration. Leaked encrypted messages have come to light exposing possible serious ethics violations by Liz Cheney, who allegedly communicated on multiple occasions with a key J6 witness — who later changed their testimony about what happened on January 6th, 2021!
The story has been corroborated by a press release from the Committee on House Administration. Here are screenshots from the top portions of that press release.
Why would a lawyer violate one of the most basic principles of ethical practices in her handling of something so monumental as the J6 investigation? Why would Liz Cheney, a progressive Trump-hater who has aligned herself with the democratic nominee for President have secretly conspired to contact a J6 witness who ultimately changed their story involving an investigation into accusations being pushed to DISCREDIT AND DISQUALIFY President Trump from ever having a shot at a second term in the Presidency?
Because this has been a setup all along, that’s why. And little by little, the information AND THE TRUTH are starting to come out. What we’ve all known… is not only true — at every turn it seems to be worse than we even imagined.

The leaked messages are between Cassidy Hutchinson and a friend on June 6, 2022 according to Just The News. House Representative Barry Loudermilk, Chairman of the House Administration Oversight Subcommittee which has been sifting through the Democrat-led investigation into the January 6th events that have since been weaponized against President Trump, has obtained these messages and made them public!
While vice chairwoman of the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, former Rep. Liz Cheney used an encrypted phone app to directly and indirectly communicate around defense counsel –and possibly ethical rules — with a witness who would later change her testimony in shocking fashion, according to evidence obtained by congressional investigators and Just the News.
The communications are now raising fresh concerns about the ethical conduct of that Democrat-run investigation. At the time of the communication, Hutchinson was represented by attorney Stefan Passantino, who told Just the News he did not authorize the contacts with Cheney and was not aware of them until contacted by Just the News.
Cheney is a licensed lawyer in Washington D.C. where the DC Bar rules state unequivocally that “a lawyer shall not communicate or cause another to communicate about the subject of the representation with a person known to be represented by another lawyer in the matter, unless the lawyer has the prior consent of the lawyer representing such other person or is authorized by law or a court order to do so.”
Loudermilk told Just the News that the communications indicate that Cheney defied her ethical responsibilities and may have influenced a witness outside of her lawyer’s presence, eventually causing Hutchinson to switch lawyers.
“Our investigation has uncovered unethical back-channel communications between former Rep. Liz Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson just before Hutchinson changed her sworn testimony,” Loudermilk said. “Not only is communicating with a witness without their attorney present unethical, it undermines the integrity of an investigation. (Emphasis Added)
If that’s not clear evidence of collusion in a manner indicating the intention to secretly change witness testimony for purposes OTHER THAN A TRUTHFUL telling of the events — I don’t know what is.
What other purpose would there be in KNOWINGLY VIOLATING the ethical standards that pertain to the situation, except that!?
THERE IS NO OTHER LOGICAL REASON! Liz Cheney is exactly what she has been labeled in recent years; a democrat hack who alongside her husband (DICK…) is bound and determined to maintain the status quo that has MADE THEM RICH!
The only reason we even know this happened is because of the ARROGANCE that made her believe she could not be caught. She’s PROTECTED, right?
Maybe the winds are shifting? Maybe the perceived protection from disclosure that Cheney and others like her have operated under for so long is being ripped to shreds? I think so.
Here are screenshots of some of the messages that have been released by Rep. Loudermilk’s office. The first is from Liz Cheney’s encrypted side of the conversation with Cassidy Hutchinson, the J6 witness. The second shot is from Alyssa Farah’s side of the conversation with her friend, Cassidy Hutchinson, with the two referencing discussing meeting privately with Liz Cheney — including a reference to Cheney’s willingness to keep the interactions secret.
Even though she later expressed concerns about the unethical nature of the communications, Liz Cheney later directly communicated with both via encrypted messages and by phone, according to the Just The News article referenced earlier.
Despite that expressed concern, a little more than a month later, then-Rep. Cheney would nonetheless communicate directly with Hutchinson by both encrypted message and at least one phone call.
“Hi, this is Cassidy Hutchinson. I’m sorry for reaching out this way, but I was hoping to have a private conversation with you (soon), if you are willing,” Hutchinson wrote to Cheney on June 6.
“I would be happy to. Let me know what time works for you,” Cheney replied.
After a phone call later that day, Hutchinson sent a screenshot to Cheney containing the private advice of her then-lawyer Passantino who appeared to be seeking advice from his client on a strategy for Hutchinson’s further interactions with the Jan. 6 Committee.
The subcommittee told Just the News that Hutchinson took screen shots of her communications on Signal with Cheney and eventually turned them over to Congress through her new lawyers.

As this story develops (and it surely will!), I would like to point out what may go under the radar. Liz Cheney not only knowingly committed legal ethics violations and exposed herself to possible legal ramifications if caught; she not only did so attempting to discredit and disqualify President Trump unjustly; but she also put every lawyer involved at risk of serious legal repercussions for keeping this information from them.
That is the degree to which Liz Cheney, and others like her, are willing to put other people at risk — at no fault of their own — in order to achieve her desired results; ethics and the law be damned.
That is not what this country stands for, and that is not the sort of people we want walking the halls of leadership in Washington DC, impacting the lives of Americans for years to come.
BREAKING: The House Oversight Committee obtained Cassidy Hutchinson’s Signal messages.
Hutchinson was directly communicating with Liz Cheney, and indirectly through Alyssa Farrah, as Cheney was leading the January 6 Committee.
Those are the actions of a snake. And I only hope the weeds that snake, and all the other snakes, have been hiding in for far too long completely ceases to exist — as soon as President Trump sits once again behind the Resolute Desk, and RESOLUTELY makes good on draining the DC swamp once and for all.
