Kanye Dragged Into Diddy Controversy: Court Papers

Kanye West Accused Of Sexual Assault During a Diddy Party

Kanye West has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his one-time assistant at a party with Sean “Diddy” Combs via court papers on Saturday.

West’s victim, Lauren Pisciotta, attended Diddy’s party with West during her employment as a personal assistant from 2021-2022. The party was co-hosted by Diddy and West and was held at a music studio in Santa Monica, California, reported the New York Post.

Pisciotta said West allegedly told everyone at the party that they had to drink or leave immediately. Trusting West, Pisciotta took a few sips according to the New York Post.

She “suddenly started to feel disoriented and began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state” claim the papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The next day Pisciotta could not remember any of the events from the prior night and she felt “ashamed and embarrassed” over what just transpired at West’s and Comb’s party.

The court filing went on to say that Pisciotta “could not recall and was certainly not aware that any kind of sexual assault had happened to her or her former client,” and she was “more concerned” with whether she’d embarrassed herself in front of West.

Pisciotta initially believed that it was “studio assistant or someone else who helped prepare” the drinks who was responsible for the drugging, the court papers claimed. It wasn’t until much later when she learned the truth after West fired her who confessed that he had sex with her after she was drugged.

West’s confession happened when he was complaining about his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian to Pisciotta and admitted that he hooked up with Pisciotta.

Pisciotta said the revelation was “wildly devastating and uncomfortable” but she was happy to learn the truth about what really happened during the party.

She said she was “in complete and utter shock” when West told her. Pisciotta has no memory of the encounter and didn’t even remember sitting down on the couch at the beginning of the night, the suit claimed.

West laughed before allegedly responding: “Women love to say they don’t remember.”

The fresh allegations were filed on Tuesday in Pisciotta’s sexual lawsuit against West, according to the New York Post.

Her claims include: inappropriate texts from West, sexual fantasies, X-rated photos, X-rated videos, and that West locked both of them in a room and forcefully masturbated by her.

Pisciotta also claimed that West promised her millions in severance when he fired her in Oct. 2022 but she never received the money and was also still owed money from her salary.

West’s lawyers slammed her lawsuit when it was initially filed as “baseless” and alleged she’s been blackmailing West during a June statement.

Combs was not accused of any wrongdoing in Pisciotta’s lawsuit.

TV host Precious Muir also commented saying that “young women were offered drinks laced with drugs and convinced too have sex and filmed without their consent” via The Daily Beast.

The former model-turned-producer, who is now 40, said her decision not to take drugs probably saved her life.

“There were a lot of girls who didn’t make it, a lot of girls who gave up modeling or went into therapy or rehab… Not doing drugs saved my life. I truly believe that not participating in drugs prevented me from going into a dark place that many other girls went to.”
