Malik Obama Slams Kamala Harris as He Endorses Trump
Former President Donald Trump gained support from former President Barack Obama’s half brother as he openly shared his disgust with Vice President Kamala Harris being the next commander in chief.
“I just say, ‘President Trump, you’re going to win in November 2024,’” said Malik Obama, per Fox News.
“‘You’re going to win. And, I think, you’re going to win by a landslide because all the hype that’s going on with Kamala, and she can’t even interview. All she does is laugh and move.”
Malik, who shares the same father as the former president, has supported Trump since he became president in 2016.
He also criticized Democrats for the tactics that led to Harris being placed on the ballot.
“Then you had Joe Biden, old man. He can’t even find the door even if you showed him, and he holds on until the last minute, and he is the nominee. And all of a sudden, they drop off, and they put Kamala Harris,” he said.
“She’s like a joke. I see the way she behaves and everything, and I don’t think that she’s the right person. Maybe they should have decided to put Michelle Obama instead.”
Malik Obama claimed that Harris and his half-brother are “cut from the same cloth” and “wishy-washy” on issues like immigration and abortion.
“Going around, fooling around with biology and things like that, I think that is evil. But they stand for that,” he said.
“And I think that is abominable, you know, that they would go ahead and support such things. She’s talking about freedom of, what is it? What she’s talking about reproductive freedom and reproductive freedom is abortion.”
Malik Obama expressed strong disapproval of allowing individuals the right to terminate a pregnancy, calling it “abominable.”
He also claimed that Democrats will repeat their actions from the 2016 campaign, accusing them of hypocrisy and dishonesty. He cited their handling of Hillary Clinton’s email scandal as a turning point for him, leading him to view their tactics as deceptive.
“And then Trump came out and called them out. He called them out straight to their face,” Malik Obama said.
“And I like that. And a light bulb just came on from my head. And I just said, ‘Yeah, this is it.’ So I’ve been a big Trump follower since then.”
He criticized the treatment of Trump, calling it “horrible” and unprecedented. He expressed disbelief at the efforts to prosecute Trump and prevent him from running for office, describing the use of the judiciary against a former president as “despicable.”
Malik Obama told the outlet that he believes former President Obama is “fake” and “did nothing” for their family. He contrasted this with Trump’s straightforwardness, which he finds more appealing.
